Your images, photos, and document files are processed directly inside your device's web browser and are not uploaded to our central servers for processing.

2. Cookies and Web Storage

SmartDocify uses standard browser localStorage solely to save user interface preferences, such as your chosen theme (light mode or dark mode) and your cookie consent selection. We do not use web storage to track your personal documents.

3. Log Files and Analytics

Like many standard web platforms, SmartDocify may log basic non-identifiable technical data such as browser type, operating system, referring pages, and date/time stamps to maintain site performance and stability.
