All products and resources distributed via SmartDocify are intangible, non-physical electronic goods (such as PDF files, digital templates, raster/vector graphics, printable documents, and interactive web tools).

No physical product, package, CD/DVD, or printed paper sheet will be mailed or shipped to your physical address. Everything you purchase or generate is delivered strictly over the Internet in electronic format.

3. Delivery Method

Digital delivery is executed entirely through secure online channels:

  • Instant On-Screen Download: Immediately upon successful transaction authorization, you are redirected to an order completion page featuring direct, one-click download buttons for your purchased files.
  • Order Confirmation Email: Where applicable or requested, a transaction summary containing download links is automatically dispatched to the email address provided during checkout.

4. Payment Verification Before Delivery

Access to premium digital files and download links is activated only upon verified payment confirmation and successful settlement through authorized payment gateways.

In cases where a transaction remains in a pending, unverified, or flagged state, digital delivery will be temporarily held until the acquiring financial institution completes verification. If a payment attempt fails, no delivery link will be produced.

5. Delivery Timing & Instant Access

  • Link Lifespan: Order completion download links are maintained for reasonable retrieval periods. However, download links are not intended to serve as permanent cloud hosting.
  • Re-Download Assistance: If you accidentally lose a file or experience local storage failure, you may contact our customer support team with your original Order ID to request a replacement download link.

7. Troubleshooting Delivery & Download Problems

If you have completed your purchase but have not received your files or confirmation email, please follow these steps:

  1. Check Spam / Junk / Promotions Folders: Automated emails can sometimes be misclassified by email filtering systems. Check all auxiliary inbox folders.
  2. Verify Email Address: Ensure that the email address entered during checkout was free of typographical errors.
  3. Check Network Stability: If a download stops prematurely, check your network connection, clear your browser cache, or attempt the download in another modern browser.

8. File Compatibility & Technical Requirements

SmartDocify digital deliverables are engineered using widely adopted, industry-standard file formats:

  • Standard Formats: Documents and printable sheets are provided primarily in PDF format, viewable using Adobe Acrobat Reader, standard modern web browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari), or any compatible PDF viewer.
  • Customer Technical Responsibility: Customers are responsible for ensuring that their hardware, operating system, and software applications are capable of opening, viewing, and printing the specified file formats before purchasing.

9. Digital Use Restrictions & Licensing

Purchasing or downloading digital assets from SmartDocify grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, educational, or standard internal professional use according to the terms specified on the product page.

Prohibited Conduct: You may not re-license, sublicense, resell, redistribute, broadcast, publish to public file-sharing repositories, or include SmartDocify assets in competing digital product bundles without explicit prior written authorization from Dream Enterprises.
